Los premios 2016 SAF SBS Drama Awards tuvieron lugar el 31 de diciembre para celebrar a los grandes actores y grandes producciones del año.
El gran premio fue para Han Suk Kyu, protagonista del exitoso “Romantic Doctor Kim”. Curiosamente, ganó el mismo premio 5 años atrás con “A Tree with Deep Roots”. El actor dio un discurso que provocó el que la gente pensara: “No deberíamos sentir incomodidad por cosas que son diferentes. Debemos superar esa incomodidad con la comprensión y la aceptación. Creo que no podemos unirnos como sociedad si vemos las cosas que son diferentes como peligrosas”.
“Romantic Doctor Kim” fue el gran ganador de la noche, con un total de 7 premios. Otros dramas destacados fueron “Doctors”, “The Legend of the Blue Sea”, y “Jealousy Incarnate”.
