Los MCs para el episodio de esta noche fueron UEE de After School y el actor Lee Jang Woo.
Aparte de las etapas usuales, las chicas talentosa de la primera Sub-unidad de Girls Generations, titulado Taetiseo, hizo su debut en caliente hoy con "Twinkle".
Touch también subió al escenario una vez más con su más reciente canción titulada "Let’s Walk Together".
En cuanto a los nominados, SISTAR se enfrentó a 4Minute para esta semana de 'K-Chart', pero al final, fue SISTAR que se hizo con la victoria de los 'K-Chart "con" Alone ".
